After years leading creative work in ministry and advertising, Norbert kept meeting faith-driven founders with a God-given calling and no clear way to express it. The Kingdom Brand Compass was built for them.

A brand strategist and designer, he has guided over 30 purpose-driven brands across 6 countries. He’s a John C. Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, author of the children’s book I Am a Masterpiece, and lives in Berlin with his family.

Above all, Norbert is a follower of Jesus, and everything he builds flows from his love for Christ.
