Norbert Elnar

Norbert Elnar is a seasoned Brand Strategist, Graphic Designer, and thought leader in Kingdom branding. With over a decade of experience bridging mainstream advertising with ministry, he empowers entrepreneurs to build brands that tell compelling stories, connect deeply with their audiences, and reflect their God-given purpose.
He is the creator of the Kingdom Brand Compass Framework, the foundation of the Kingdom Brand-Building Course—an on-demand program that makes branding simple, practical, and purpose-driven. Through this framework, Norbert has guided numerous business owners in transforming unclear ideas into clear, influential, and God-honoring brands that thrive in competitive markets.
Beyond branding, Norbert is the author of the children’s book I AM a Masterpiece, which has also been translated into German (Ich bin ein Meisterwerk). He is a John C. Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, born and raised in the Philippines, and now based in Berlin, Germany, with his wife, Sophie.
